Rainbow Care Home Services Provide and promote inclusive access to home care services with a friendly and human rights-based approach focusing on embracing peoples’ identity, strengths, and desire to remain living an independent and meaningful lifestyle.
We support those over 65 years through coordination of Home Care Packages and support in navigating My Aged Care.
For those under 65 years, we support accessing and delivering NDIS supports through Support Coordination and Rainbow Worker services from Ipswich/ Logan to Sunshine Coast.
