Our guest speaker for this month will be Robert King from Cornwalls Law who is an experienced employment, industrial relations and work health and safety lawyer.
Robert will discuss the amendments to the work, health and safety legislation that, from April 2023, impose a positive duty on employers to manage the risks of psychological injury from work or the workplace.
